Thou Shall Keep Them Secretly in a Pavillion From the strife of Tongues

Updated: Aug 8, 2019

My devotional reading this morning takes me to Psalms 31. In thee O Lord do I put my trust.

I read, I know how God is always got His perfect plan for those that trust in Him. As I get down to verse 20 I see where God will hide us in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: Then I love the balance of that verse: YOU, Lord will keep us in a pavilion from the strife of tongues. Christian we are safe from men's tongues. hallelujah !!

How comforting to know that whatever man may say against us, God is for us. He knows that man has pride in his heart and for some reason, man just can't seem let go of that prideful heart. I , as you take criticism from many people, and sadly sometimes from the household of faith. I ask O Lord, please hear our hearts and forgive us of wrong thinking.

When you go before the Lord and ask Him to clean your heart of any wrong thinking. IF YOU MEAN IT, He hears that cry and all is forgiven. What a precious, mighty God we serve. Lets do as the scripture has taught us, " to love one another as

God can use anything to show His love
God has His way to show He smiles upon His Children

God has loved you." He loves us in spite of our sins. He loves us because He knows we are worthy of forgiveness because if we have Jesus, He doesn't even see us when we pray, He see's the blood of Jesus and His righteousness. That's why we come to the Father THROUGH the son. Thank you Father for letting Jesus be our sacrifice for sin. For the King and His Kingdom, Sarah Tyler-Author
