THE WINDS AND WAVES STILL KNOW HIS NAME. Are you, my reader, like I can be sometimes? When you have so much stuff that comes at you all at once, you forget, HEY! I serve the GREAT I AM!.
He is in total control of all that takes place in our lives, when we belong to Him through new birth, accepting Jesus as your Savior. IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL.
I am happy to begin a new week, and even happier to start a new month. Whew! January was one of those months. They call it in the earthly realm, MURPHY'S LAW: If it can happen
( usually bad) then it's gonna happen. HOWEVER: not the case for us as believers, followers of Christ Jesus.
It's just that we also have our times of trouble, really more so than the unbeliever. Because Satan is on his warpath, he knows his time is short and wants to steal, kill, and he is a liar. He can't have our soul, but he likes to play with our minds, to keep us from being the victorious Christian that we were forgiven, filled with the Holy Spirit to be.
So as I write this BLOG to encourage, I set my mind on things above Colossians 3:1, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.
LET GO MY SOUL AND TRUST IN HIM...... Isn't it cool, that the waves and winds still know His name? Be strong and courageous, Joshua 1:9 When you are afraid: Lift up your eyes to the mountains- Where does my help come? From the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth Psalms: 121:1-2
