WHY, LORD, DO YOU STAND FAR OFF?...........

Updated: Oct 14, 2021

In this very unsettling time, we may find ourselves asking, as David did in

Psalm chapter 10. He asks, Lord why do you hide in times of trouble?

David, like we, also are pondering our lives and the chaos we are seeing surround us every day. We may also want to say," Lord I belong to you, I am your redeemed child by the blood of Jesus Christ my savior, " Why do the wicked seem to prosper, why do they say " no one will ever do me harm." I will not be held accountable.........I will never be caught in my corruption."

Their hearts and mouths are full of lies and threats; trouble and evil are under their tongues.

They murder the innocent, they wait to catch the helpless.

They say to themselves, " God will never notice; He covers His face and never sees."

They think God will never call them to account.

Then I read Romans 10:17 But you, "O Lord hear the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry. You will call the evildoer to account for his wickedness, that would not otherwise be found out".

THIS CAUSES ME TO HAVE HOPE. As there is so much evil, undercover backbiting by the big tech, foreign communists, and those that just want power and their love is for money. They do not care about our blessed by God land, our belief in the only God, our Lord Jesus Christ, or even the America that they have been voted in by, we the people, to put us first.

Lord, you care. And my Scripture reading Psalms 10:17 tells me that; "You have heard the desire of the humble; you will establish our heart, and you will cause your ear to hear".

So, Lord, I do know that Revenge is yours, Romans 12:19 " I will repay, says the Lord." I confess I do not understand. How can we Lord,? We do not have the mind of You. But, I do know according to Psalms 73: 17 "Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then I understood their end". Justice day is coming. Lord, my prayer is; Please as your promise; hear our cry.

I know 1 Peter 5:10 says; " And after you have suffered a little while..............

the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you.

VICTORY IS COMING! Hallelujah!!. For the King and His Kingdom, Sarah Tyler-Author
